This is my interpretation of Clear The Board.
Goal - First to place 5 counters in the "top right hand frame" WINS!! 1. Players select 5 counters and place them on the board where they predict the dice will land. 2. Roll and add two dice. 3. If the player's counter has been placed on this number, their counter is then moved into the 'winning" top right hand frame. Doubles - roll and add the 2 dice, and double, then step 3 as above. Tables Clear The Board - roll and add the 2 dice, then multiply by the featured times table. Then step 3 as above. Students will soon realise the "impossible numbers" and the higher frequency winning answers. Laminate ensures longevity. |
